What is Email Deliverability?

Email deliverability is the ability to successfully deliver email to the recipient's inbox rather than the spam folder or being rejected. It depends on authentication, reputation, content, and infrastructure.

Email deliverability is affected by three main categories: (1) Authentication — SPF, DKIM, and DMARC must pass and align. (2) Reputation — your sending IP and domain must not appear on blacklists.
