Service Availability

Payment Terms

Pro subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Limitations

In no event shall WarpCheck or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on WarpCheck, even if WarpCheck or its authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
